Communities include senior housing communities (wide array of services including in home care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care giving the resident the option to transition the level of care needed) and retirement communities (with services bundled with rent – but usually does not include medical care).

How Much Does independent living Cost?

Cost Varies based on location, Services Offered, Amenities, and Other Fees.

Facilities can charge a move in fee, monthly HOA fees, as well as additional fees for additional residents in the same room (couple). Make sure to have a good understanding of what you are paying for and what additional costs are not included that may come up later.
